Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy governs all physical product orders and API-related services offered on Print@Beyond and its linked platforms. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds, reprints, or credits under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the order specification
- The API service has been paid for but not delivered due to a system failure caused by us
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Incorrect artwork was uploaded by the user
- Artwork contains design or content errors not noticed during approval
- Colours differ slightly due to screen-to-print variation
- Files were submitted in the wrong format, resolution, or size
- The customer changed their mind after printing has commenced
- Delivery delays were caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier, supplier shortage, load shedding)
4. Claims Process
All refund or reprint claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Please email hello@printandbeyond.co.za with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A detailed explanation of the problem
We may request the goods to be returned for inspection. Shipping costs for returns are at the client’s expense unless the error is ours.
5. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer at our discretion:
- A free reprint
- A partial/full refund
- A credit note for future use
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing, cutting, or finishing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Digital/API Services
API access or digital tools are non-refundable once usage has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
